Once you’ve narrowed down your list & have a clear favorite, we will collaborate to make an offer using my best practices for success.

Between the offer & final contract, it's important for us to stay in close contact so that you have all the information needed to make the best decisions.

As soon your offer is accepted, we will schedule a home inspection. A licensed inspector will look at the home & make recommendations for repairs & replacements.

We'll work closely with your loan officer to get your loan approved.

The attorneys will schedule the closing so you can sign the documents in order to make the home officially yours!
